Transportation: Airport Barcelona El Prat - Hotel Eden Roc, Sant Feliu de Guixols.

  • Shuttles, with prior booking + the invited speakers: 11 am, 2 pm, 4 pm and ~ 5 pm.
  • Shuttle pick-up is at Terminal 1, CAFE GO NATURAL. Someone will be waiting there with a conference sign.
    (Those arriving at Terminal 2 please take a terminal transfer shuttle to Terminal 1)
  • If you are arriving outside of those hours, we will contact you directly by e-mail.

How to get there 

From airport: The nearest airports are  Barcelona (117 Km) and Girona (35 Km). Barcelona el prat airport has regular flights to all over the world all year long while Girona airport offers many low cost airline options.  

We will arrange transfer of participants from Barcelona el Prat to the venue on June 30, between 12:00 and 18:00 . Transfer to the airport will be arranged on July 5 between 7:00 and 9:00. Please apply for bus transfer and provide arrival time upon registration.

From railway station: The nearest train station is in Girona (at 30 Km.). A taxi from the train station to St Feliu costs approx. 46.- Euros.

By car: Take AP-7 Motorway to exit 9 (Lloret de Mar/ Sant Feliu de Guíxols).
For the last 30km take the C-65.

Transfer of participants: 
We will arrange transfer of participants from Barcelona el Prat airport at a cost of 50 euros (both ways). Transportation to the venue on June 30 will be arranged between 12:00 and 18:00 (approximately every 2 hours).

Transfer to the airport will be arranged on July 5, departing the hotel between 5:00am and 9:00 am. Driving time to/from the airport: 1h45. 

Please provide information about arrival and departure times during registration. We will do our best to match your travel times.
