Attending the Course

We accept late abstract submissions for a poster presentations. Please e-mail us at info@biointerfaces2019.febsevents.org with an abstract and supporting information if you wish to apply for a late poster.

 

We have a limited number of spots for people wishing to attend without poster presentation. If you wish to do so, e-mail us at info@biointerfaces2019.febsevents.org and we will let you know how to register.

Application and selection

Applications are welcome from PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, junior PIs as well as senior scientists. Excellent submissions from upper-level Master students will be considered.

Participants will be selected from a pool of applicants based on the quality of the abstract motivational statement, and topical relevance. Every effort will be made to maintain audience diversity in terms of topics, background, experience, career stage, geographical distribution, and gender. Limited number of spaces are available for attending without a contribution. Diversity of background disciplines is particularly welcome.

To facilitate interactions between participants, the total number of participants, including speakers, is limited to 100.

Notification of Acceptance and Registration

You will be notified of the outcome of your application by April 21. Accepted applicants must then register by May 10.  More details on how to register and on  fee payment will be included in your outcome notification.
